Did you know that students are required to take 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetables at lunch as part of the Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act of 2010?  EUSD has been offering students fresh choices daily as part of the salad bar and will continue to make even more varieties available. New this year--EUSD is highlighting A to Z Salad Bar!  Each week at EUSD schools, the salad bar will highlight specific fruits or vegetables your student may or may not have tried before, from Daikon radishes to Kale or Parsnips and Zucchini!
